HOW IT WORKS

We have a simplified rental process to make your experience with KB Rentals completely stress free. All of our rentals are for unguided adventures, you can go to any destination you chose.

Our rental process from start to finish:

1. Select the equipment you would like for your adventure, click the "Book Now" button to book online.

2. Once you have booked your reservation we will email your rental documents for electronic signature.

3. The start of your reservation: 

•Arrive on day/time of your reservation.

•Select safety gear and accessories you may need for your adventure. 

•Go over safety and operation of equipment rented.

•Drive to any destination of your choice and HAVE FUN!

4. Return equipment to us at the end of your reservation.

Rental Time - Snowmobiles

Pick up: 8:00am

Return: Due back by 6:00pm  

Rental Time - ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Side x Sides, Jeeps, Jet Skis, Boats, Trucks, Trailers 

Pick up: 8:00am

Return: Due back by 4:00pm  

Rental Time - Campers, Toy Haulers & RV's

Pick up: 2:00pm
Return: Due back by 11:00am on scheduled return day

*Please book an additional day if you will not be able to return by 11:00am.
*Early pick up options may be available, please check with us the day before pick up to confirm availability. To guaranty early pick up we recommend starting your reservation the day prior to pick up. 

Early Pick Up / Late Drop Off Options:

Early Pick Up - 7:00am ($75.00) 

Evening Before Pick Up - 5:00pm ($100.00)

Late Drop Off - up to 10:00pm ($75.00)

*Early pick up / late drop off must be arranged at the time of booking your reservation.

*Early pick up / late drop off options listed here are not available on campers and RV's.

Rental Requirements:

• Must be 21years or older to rent (drivers license required and must be present at time of pick up / delivery)
• 16 years or older to drive. (drivers license required)
• Credit card required to be stored on file for damage deposit (we will only run your card for damage deposit amount if equipment is returned with damage).

Deposit Policy:

• 50% reservation deposit (if total rental amount was not paid in full at time of booking).
• Damage deposit varies based on type of equipment rented. We offer the option to save card info on file in which damage deposit would only be charged if equipment is returned damaged.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations over 14 days are eligible for full refund.
• Cancellations between 7 and 14 days are eligible for the same refund as above ONLY if we are able to fill the reservation.
• Cancellations less than 7 days out receive NO REFUND.
• Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged for total rental price.
• Bad Weather cancellations only at KB Rentals Colorado discretion.
